Data controller
Richmond Türk Okulu (Richmond Turkish School CLG) is the data controller for personal data received through this site's contact forms and email correspondence under UK GDPR. You can write to us on WhatsApp or by email.
Form data
Data we receive from the trial-lesson enquiry form (name, email, phone, child's age, your questions) is used only to reply to you.
We do not store form data on our server; submissions arrive in the school's inbox by email. We delete these records no later than 12 months after the conversation ends.
Photo consent
Before publishing any photograph of a child on our website or social channels, we obtain written consent from a parent. Children of families who have not given consent are never published anywhere. Consent can be withdrawn at any time by writing to us.
Analytics
We do not currently run third-party analytics on this site.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, write to us on WhatsApp or by email; we reply within 30 days.
